Alisa Von Hagel is a graduate student in the Department of Political Science at Northern Illinois University. She is beginning work on a Ph.D. with a primary concentration in American Government and a secondary field of interest in International Relations. Alisa completed her M.A. in American Government at Loyola University Chicago in 2007. In 2005, she graduated with a B.A. from Concordia University Chicago, double majoring in Political Science and History.
